- 100 grams of Margarine
- 250 grams of Sugar
- 125 grams of Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 200 grams of Walnuts
- 75 grams of Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Beat the eggs with sugar for about 5 minutes, add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder dissolved in a little milk, then add the chopped nuts.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake 180° for 15 minutes.
- Bake until a toothpick plunged into the center emerges slightly moist with batter, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely on a rack. Take out from the oven and let it cool, then cut it into squares. OMG: A true pleasure to try it, before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar .
TIP: Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream.
